It took us 2 years of constant negotiations along with persistence and patience.  With a seller client that was upside down in a condo that they had long since out grew with no other options for their family.  The trials with the lender was the initial goals to reach with success only to hit a brick wall with a very unrealistic HOA.  After falling out of contract-escrow twice after gaining short sale approval of the lender but still not from the HOA, we continued this journey to obtain a buyer that was in it for the long haul and was willing to make additional concessions to get the property they wanted.

In the end our client was able to say goodbye to total debt of over $135,000.00 with deficiencies waived.
